How do we do it?

Experience

We are an experienced team of right and left-brain thinkers, artists, and designers. We blend art & science to influence, wow, surprise and delight occupants/viewers.

We possess a strong curiosity for trends in design, store planning, retail, branding, and visual merchandising. We stay on top of our craft.

We earned the title “expert”. We are contributing writers to major trade publications, and we’re the guest speakers at trade conventions. (For instance: just Google “Lyn Falk.”)

Culture

We like to build long lasting, trusting relationships with our clients. Many have been with us 20+ years. Internally, we’ve built a culture that is fun, loyal and authentic. We’re all self-starters and hard workers. We encourage intellectual curiosity.

Creativity

We’re super creative. Yes, a lot of people are, but we take into account a lot of variables that affect the outcome of a creative solution, i.e.: consumer behavior patterns, physiological and psychological reactions, business operations, employee functions, project goals, and budgets.

Resourcefulness

We know how things can go wrong during the construction phase even when we dot and cross, but we know how to work with other team members to resolve the inevitable, unexpected and/or unpredictable issues. (You know how valuable this is if you’ve been through a renovation or new construction project.)

We never take our eyes off the project goals. Because of our extensive experience, we know how to adapt to a changing project.
