Suzanne Rafenstein

Suzanne was born into retail. Her mother owned a children’s clothing store so she couldn’t imagine not going on to get a degree in Retail Management. She was off to work at Neiman Marcus, Material Possessions and other “indie” retailers before opening Embelezar, a home-furnishing store, located in Chicago and Milwaukee, which she owned for 20 years. She speaks “retail” fluently and with 35 years in the biz under her belt, now loves to help other retailers with just about anything that will make them more successful.
