The Director of Downtown Fond du Lac brought our display team to town to direct and work with local volunteers (including retired art teachers – score!) to fill multiple empty storefronts up and down Main Street.
We split up into groups and each conquered a handful of displays in one afternoon. Funds were scarce so props were up-cycled from things like acoustical ceiling tiles, old bolts of fabric, and used furniture/decor. Vinyl graphics rounded out the rest of the windows.
