MILWAUKEE — Retailworks Inc., a Milwaukee-based interior design and branding fi rm, this week announced it has been chosen to design the retail interiors for two high-profi le, cheesecentric projects — Mars Cheese Castle in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and the Cheese Counter/Dairy Heritage Center in Plymouth, Wisconsin.
