Program Outline
The Main Street Merchants Program consists of three-parts, broken out in the following ways to accommodate retailer schedules while focusing on being timely, cost conscious, and effective.

- Access to recorded 90-minute webinar with proven science-backed retail merchandising strategies. Prerequisite for retailers seeking an on-site audit.
Interactive Learning Session
- Roundtable discussion for all members to ask the experts questions and share best practices with fellow business owners
Personalized Consultation
- 45-minute consultations with retail store owners highlighting what’s working and what could be improved to enhance the customer’s experience.
