Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via a certified carrier, and tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery of the order to the carrier. Retailworks is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.

Retailworks is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and that a secure delivery location is available.

All sales are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

The sole exception applies to items damaged during shipment. Claims for damaged items must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of delivery and must include clear photographs of:

·       the damaged item

·       the original packaging

·       the shipping label

Failure to provide timely notice and sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim. Approved claims will be resolved at Retailworks’ discretion, which may include replacement or refund.
