Program Outline

The Main Street Merchants Program consists of three-parts, broken out in the following ways to accommodate retailer schedules while focusing on being timely, cost conscious, and effective.

Pre-Visit

  • Promotional material to share with main street members to drive awareness and participation
  • Webinar presentations. You have the option to provide one or both of these 60-minute webinars to your dowtown merchants:
    • Storefront Designs,  Window Displays, and Exterior Signage
    • Interior Layout, Design, Lighting, Signage, Merchandising & Display 

 

Watching/attending the presentations is required for businesses seeking an on-site consultation. 

Businesses can choose an on-site consultation that focuses on storefront and window displays, or, on interior elements. A modified version of both is also available. 

Interactive Learning Session

  • Roundtable discussion for all members to ask the experts questions and share best practices with fellow business owners

Personalized Consultation

  • 45-minute consultations with retail store owners highlighting what’s working and what could be improved to enhance the customer’s experience.
