Project Statement

Our display department was charged at the last minute with filling a few vacant storefronts with holiday displays in this regional mall. They were designed, fabricated and installed – all within five weeks. Displays included a winter wonderland scene, raining crystals, multiple stacks of books and hanging coffee cups, an all-white window of outdoor apparel and activity gear, and a window promoting the mall’s new “brand” which messaged, “SHOP, DINE, PLAY, STAY”.

Project Statement

The Whitefish Bay BID board wanted a branded, coordinated seasonal decor to tie the storefronts together for the Holiday season. Multiple window graphics were designed and applied to the windows, each with the WFB ‘brand’. Oversized 3-D wrapped gift boxes were created for a few of the vacant windows on the street – which are still being used today.

Vacant Storefront Whitefish Bay

Project Statement

Our display team was asked by Milwaukee BID #21 to bring life to a few vacant storefronts along the path of the Holiday Bus Tour. Working in a variety of historic storefronts, our artists created a mock-runway for a local fashion designer (who appeared on Project Runway!), an online store who wanted a brick and mortar presence for the season, a local bike manufacturer (bikes became Santa’s reindeer!), a mocked up streetscape for a local kids’ clothing manufacturer, and a window devoted to the many custom designed collectible pewter ornaments the Milwaukee BID sells each year.

Project Statement

The Director of Downtown Fond du Lac brought our display team up to work with local volunteers (including retired art teachers – score!) to fill multiple empty storefronts up and down Main Street.
We split up into groups and each conquered a handful of displays in one afternoon. Funds were scarce so props were up cycled from things like acoustical ceiling tiles, old bolts of fabric, and used furniture/decor. Vinyl graphics rounded out the rest of the windows.
